One of those sets is The Heart Family Bathtime Fun with Mom and Baby Boy. This beautiful Mom and Baby Boy single set was made in China in 1987 and is Mattel item #4615. The Heart Family Bathtime Fun has a single set with Dad and Baby Girl but is also available in a deluxe package that includes all four members of The Heart Family. It is also available in African American version.

The beautiful Mom doll has a very special face mold that was later used on Barbie’s teenage cousin doll, Jazzie. This peculiarly beautiful face has pretty almond blue eyes with light blue eye shadow. Mom has a stunning smile with lips in soft coral. She also has gorgeous light brown wavy hair with caramel blonde highlights that give her a fresh and distinctive look among other dolls. Mom is wearing a short pink romper with thin white stripes and open-toe pink heels. She also brings a pale yellow plastic apron with blue and pink hearts, a “diamond” ring, and a wedding “ring.”

The cute little Baby Boy has blue eyes and two-tone hair like Mom. He comes with a felt cloth diaper with velcro closure to put on and take off. Baby Boy also brings a fluffy blue bath towel to stay warm after bathtime.
